Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Keep up to date with product information
- Manage shift schedule of part-time sales staff
- Communicate with Japan HQ
Requirements:
- Japanese language skill to liaise with Japanese counterparts in HQ
- Wiling to learn new things
- Good team player
- Open for job scope
- Open to work with retail shift hour
