Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

What You will do

  • Work with key stakeholders in understanding gaps in current reporting solutions, desired state of reporting and identify new opportunities for delivering actionable insights that can make an impact;

  • Lead analytics and reporting for digital communications channels, including web (firm intranet), social media, earned media and email;

  • Conduct deskside research to analyze the competitive landscape, determine brand perceptions, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable insights;

  • Help identify key trends and signals that inform leadership decisions around the firms communication strategy;

  • Maintain individual but multiple project roadmaps, monitor development and report on overall project status and health;

  • Work closely with data architecture, data management and application teams to build robust solutions that meet user requirements ;

  • Drive for continuous adoption of analytical and technical solutions, track usage, push for innovation;

  • Serve as a product owner and subject matter expert on one or more Communications publishing and analytics tools, liaising with vendors, communicating new features to users; and

  • Extensively support and facilitate training and development needs of the users - take ownership of user guides, support documentation, capture and process feedback for continuous improvement in reporting solutions.

Preferred Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience working with visualization, data extraction and analysis technologies such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or similar tools to deliver contextual, thoughtfully presented visual output

  • Collects, analyzes, interprets, and evaluates various data sets using data discovery tools (SQL)

  • Understanding the evolving communications and media ecosystem, B2B communications, and analytical techniques

  • Familiarity with digital communication channels (web, social media, earned media, email), digital communications software products, (content management systems, collaboration tools, social media platforms)

  • Ability to work directly with architecture team, data management, application developers and vendors to resolve data issues and conduct UAT testing

  • Experience in delivering high quality solutions that meet user requirements with minimal on-going maintenance and low risk volume of production incidents

  • Well versed in relational database structures in order to source effectively from these for reports and dashboards

  • Using enterprise productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms and other project management software

  • Using news monitoring and social monitoring tools such as Talkwalker, Cision, Meltwater and Brandwatch to manage the daily monitoring process

  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

  • Maintain high degree of organization and control, manage project artifacts, status calls, engagement and overall management of deliverables across multiple workstreams

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Understanding of user-centered design and development

  • Self-starter, organized with the ability to execute multiple projects in a timely manner

  • Strong communication skills, problem solving skills, business, digital and technical acumen.

  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, practicing resourcefulness to see things through

  • Identifying and keeping up with industry leading best practices in relevant technical domains
