Sales Manager - remote (Germany Based) [Germany]


 

Our team is continuing to grow, currently consisting of 15 brilliant minds spread across Europe, united by the goal of building a successful and sustainable DeepTech SaaS/iPaaS company. We are looking for a tech enthusiast for the role of Sales Manager to join us at the forefront of the digital PropTech industry and transform information flows into automated processes.

Our goal is to unify the fragmented landscape of software products in the real estate industry, such as ticket systems, master data, insurance, and document management. With our product, "we make apps talk to each other".

Tasks

  • Support the Sales Lead throughout the sales process and on-the-job training to transition into an individual, contributing sales role; pitch and sell to real estate clients with a focus on the DACH region.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, and then develop and present solutions that meet these requirements.
  • Align and drive the sales process with the 30-person sales organization of Aareon (our parent company).
  • Digitize the PropTech industry in terms of technical systems, master data, insurance, and documentation management.
Requirements

  • Strong analytical and logical skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • (Strong) experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales/marketing tools is required.
  • Proficient in using G-Suite - GSheets, GDocs, etc. as well as Microsoft.
  • Ability to collaborate with partners and other team members and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic experience with integrations and automation is helpful.
  • Strong German communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Business-level English skills (strong in written and spoken language).
