JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· To maintain the machinery in Extrusion, Printing and Cutting
· Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule
· Ensure planned tasks and unscheduled maintenance activities are accomplished
· Communicate the status of repair to production head, leader and planner
· To monitor and plan for Equipment Calibration
· Facilitate technical and safety training
· Participate in and support efficiency improvement Kaizen activities
· Responsible for machinery capability by managing the operations and teams
· Custody of all the maintenance equipment and tools
· Must work safely at all times and follow the safety procedures
· Others task assigned by the superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related Engineering
· At least has 3 years of working experience in industrial maintenance preferred in the plastic manufacturing and wish to work in a long term period of time
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team
· Self-motivated, possess initiative, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
· Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
