Work experience of more than 10-15 years.

Good in PL SQL command, Programming skills is a must (VBA, HTML, PHP, Java, or any).
Having good leadership and coaching skills – Team management.
Having experience in Hire Purchase, Personal Loans, and Financial Business will be highly advantageous.
Having the experience to implement and manage Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be an advantage.
Having the experience to implement ABS (Asset Back Security) System will be an advantage.
Having experience to implement K2 solutions will be an advantage.
