ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a FULL-TIME dispenser/assistant to join our fun team and be responsible for the following:
· Personalised solutions for our customers including eyewear selections
· Optical dispensing and sales
· Payment processing including EFTPOS and HICAPS
· Frame fitting and adjustment
· Assessing incoming jobs and invoicing
· Records management and general administrative tasks
Role Prerequisites:
· Excellent customer service experience
· Friendly and passionate approach with the desire to learn new skills
· Calm, composed and solution orientation with good problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail, organised
· Community orientated
· Have a great can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile
· Respectful and empathetic
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
