As the NOC Management & Knowledge Sharing Project Coordinator, you will assist with the management and administration of the Olympic Solidarity NOC Management and Knowledge Sharing programmes and projects.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinates the NOC Management & Knowledge Sharing programmes on a day-to-day basis (analysis of applications and reports, resource allocation and follow up with each NOC) in accordance with the programme guidelines and operational procedures as well as in close cooperation with other team members from the Unit or from the Olympic Solidarity department.
- Follows up NOCs activities related to the NOC Management & Knowledge Sharing programmes from an administrative point of view (correspondence, database updates, reporting, filing, payments).
- Assumes responsibility for the projects assigned, from planning and coordination to logistics.
- Takes minutes (where necessary) and keeps the project documentation, schedules and files up to date.
- Produces quantitative / qualitative reports and statistics for the Unit, as needed (e.g. Olympic Solidarity annual and quadrennial reports, OS Commission, etc.).
- Guarantees a quality service to internal and external stakeholders, primarily NOCs (e.g. technical and advisory support).
- Provides administrative support in the preparation of the different projects under the Head of Unit responsibility and other key meetings/presentations including logistics and contents (agendas, presentations, minutes, reports, etc.).
- Contributes to the reflection and analysis of the NOC Management & Knowledge Sharing programmes as part of the revision process of the Olympic Solidarity quadrennial plan.
