Customer Service Manager [Philippines]


 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced leader to join us as the Customer Service Manager in our restaurant business.

This fundamental position will be responsible for all aspects of managing all the restaurants from the ground up.

What we require?

HRM or Related Course

At least 3-5 years of Hotel Management experience (essential)

A high level of professionalism

Availability to work hospitality hours

Ability to work autonomously and efficiently

Able to build relationships with CEO

Provide high levels of customer service and experience for your guests

Experience with startups (not essential but highly desirable)

Ability to navigate challenging situations

Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
